EVALUATION
Evaluations provide a basis for accountability by assessing a range of factors that affect Luketekelo performance in reducing rural poverty in recipient provinces. They identify successes, constraints and shortcomings, which in turn help Luketekelo improve its performance.
Accountability is a key step in the learning process. Luketekelo will continue to develop effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and knowledge management systems and tools to measure, assess and document its achievements and pinpoint areas where improvement is needed. This will enable Luketekelo to constantly improve the way in which it designs development projects, monitors progress, and measures results and impact.
Ensuring independent evaluations.
Our projects will be evaluated –financed policies, strategies and operations. These evaluations will reveal what project works or doesn’t work. And guide the development of successful policies and strategies to support rural transformation in developing the villages in the north-western province.
